Josh Ihler is a transactional associate in the Tulsa office of GableGotwals where he focuses on real estate matters, banking and finance transactions, commercial contracting, oil and gas and renewable energy matters, and mergers and acquisitions.
He regularly represents lenders with various types of credit and financing facilities. He also counsels a wide variety of clients in the energy industry on matters affecting real property, commercial gas gathering and processing, and oil and gas and solar energy development.
Prior to joining the Firm, Josh was an attorney at an AmLaw 100 firm in Las Vegas, Nevada. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Josh was landman for an upstream oil and gas operator in Tulsa and is a member of the Tulsa Association of Petroleum Landmen.
