Motahareh Nickel is Of Counsel at GableGotwals, where her practice focuses on general corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, commercial agreements, real estate, and regulatory matters across all industries, including energy and aviation.
Prior to rejoining the Firm, Motahareh served as Corporate Counsel for the Love’s Family of Companies, where she advised a diverse range of business units. Her work emphasized corporate development, including acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships, and included supporting operations, fleet, and finance functions through drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and providing strategic, day-to-day business counsel.
While earning her Juris Doctor at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, Motahareh served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Patrick R. Wyrick of the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
