Jeni Stallings is a transactional Associate at GableGotwals, where she advises clients in a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex business arrangements involving energy, natural resources, and manufacturing. She has worked on matters related to mineral sourcing, corporate acquisitions, and project development, including coordination with American Indian tribes and tribal lands.
Prior to joining the Firm, Jeni worked at an AmLaw 200 firm and the United States Department of Justice. She served as a Law and Policy Intern in the Environmental and Natural Resources Division of the United States Department of Justice and held a fellowship in public law and policy in Washington, D.C. Her work included legislative analysis, support for land acquisition applications, and legal research under the Indian Child Welfare Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, and the Freedom of Information Act.
Jeni is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation and serves on the Dartmouth College Native American Alumni Association Board of Directors.
