Steve Heinen is a shareholder at GableGotwals and has 30 years of corporate and transactional experience. His practice focuses on commercial agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and business entity structure and governance. Steve represents clients in a variety of industries including professional services, energy, manufacturing, and technology.
Prior to joining the firm, he served as a senior attorney for The Williams Companies/WilTel Communications.
Steve’s recent experience includes:
- Representation of a leading international executive search firm in negotiating service agreements with a number of multi-national corporations, educational institutions, and governmental and non-profit entities.
- Representation of Cypress Energy Holdings, LLC in the acquisition of certain assets and businesses of Electromechanical Technologies, Inc. and Greene’s Energy Group, LLC.
- Representation of a Tulsa real estate company in the sale of a high-rise office building.
Steve has been involved with a variety of community organizations, including the Tulsa Lawyers for Children, Legal Aid of Eastern Oklahoma, Tulsa Global Alliance, and the Memorial Drive Church of Christ.
