Francesca Walentynowicz is a transactional Associate at GableGotwals, where her practice focuses on banking and commercial law matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Francesca worked as an associate at a Tulsa-based law firm, where she handled a wide variety of commercial law and financial services matters involving deposit account control agreements, treasury services, bank fraud, commercial contracts and depository agreements, garnishment and levy compliance, and regulatory complaints.
At The University of Tulsa College of Law, she served as a legal intern to the Honorable Gregory K. Frizzell of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma and a legal extern for the United States Attorneys’ Office for the Northern District of Oklahoma. She was also the President of the Federal Bar Association, an Articles Editor for Tulsa Law Review, awarded a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Corporate Finance, and named a William J. Holloway Scholar.
Francesca is an active member of the Hudson-Hall-Wheaton Chapter of the American Inns of Court and the Southwest Association of Bank Counsel. She also serves on The University of Tulsa Chi Omega House Corporation Board.
