Brandon Bickle is a Shareholder at GableGotwals, where he practices in the areas of bankruptcy and general commercial litigation with an emphasis on debtor-creditor disputes. He regularly advises clients on a variety of litigation and business matters, including contract and loan disputes, lien disputes and enforcement, construction disputes, collections, workouts, and bankruptcy matters.

Brandon has litigation experience in state and federal courts, both in and outside of bankruptcy, in Oklahoma, Texas, and other states. He represents debtors and creditors across multiple industries, as well as local and national lenders.

He also serves as an adjunct professor at The University of Tulsa College of Law, teaching Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy.

  • Creditor counsel to pipeline, oil and gas producer and midstream clients in chapter 11 bankruptcy cases in multiple districts, including the Eastern District of Oklahoma, the Southern District of Texas, the District of Delaware, and the District of Wyoming.
  • Creditor counsel to a coal producer in a chapter 11 case in Kentucky.
  • Representation of lender clients in loan workouts, bankruptcy cases under chapters 7, 11, 12 and 13, as well as foreclosure and receivership cases outside of bankruptcy.
