Brandon Bickle is a Shareholder at GableGotwals, where he practices in the areas of bankruptcy and general commercial litigation. He regularly advises clients on a variety of litigation and business matters, including contract and loan disputes, lien disputes, foreclosures, construction disputes, collections, workouts, and bankruptcy matters.
Brandon’s recent experience includes litigation in both state and federal courts, representing local and national lenders, and other creditors and businesses, in connection with loan defaults, workouts, collateral liquidation, and collections involving a variety of businesses and collateral, and representing clients in bankruptcy cases involving multiple industries.
Brandon currently serves as an adjunct professor at The University of Tulsa College of Law, where he teaches Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy.

- Creditor counsel to oil and gas producer and midstream clients in bankruptcy cases in multiple districts, including the Southern and Western Districts of Texas, the District of Delaware, and the District of Wyoming.
- Creditor counsel to lenders and other clients in bankruptcy cases in all Oklahoma and Texas districts.
- Representation of lenders in loan workouts, foreclosures, and receivership cases.
- Complex commercial litigation experience in business disputes, in and out of bankruptcy, in both Oklahoma state and federal courts.
