Brandon C. Bickle
Brandon Bickle is a shareholder in the Tulsa office of GableGotwals, where he practices in the areas of general commercial litigation, with an emphasis on foreclosures and other debtor-creditor disputes, as well as bankruptcy law. He regularly advises clients on a variety of business matters, including contract and loan disputes, lien disputes, construction disputes, collections, workouts, and bankruptcy matters.
Brandon’s recent experience includes representing both debtors and creditors in connection with bankruptcy cases involving several industries, including the energy sector, and representing both local and national lenders in connection with loan defaults, workouts, collateral liquidation, and collections involving a variety of businesses and collateral. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in Business Litigation, Bankruptcy, and Creditor/Debtor Rights.
Brandon is admitted in all Oklahoma state and federal courts, and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He is member of the Tulsa County Bar Association and the Oklahoma Bar Association, and currently serves as Chair-Elect on the Board of the OBA’s Bankruptcy and Reorganization Section.
While in law school, Brandon was awarded the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence and the Order of the Curule Chair. In addition, he was an active member of TU’s Board of Advocates.
