Erin K. Dailey is a Shareholder at GableGotwals, where she represents clients in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, drawing on her litigation, transactional, and in-house experience. Erin began her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Sven Erik Holmes, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma. She then joined GableGotwals, where she spent nearly 11 years in litigation and appellate work, before transitioning to an in-house role for 10 years. She has since returned to GableGotwals, bringing with her a broadened perspective that comes with serving as in-house counsel.
Prior to re-joining the Firm, Erin served as Managing Attorney, Commercial at a publicly traded utility company in Oklahoma where she advised on a wide array of legal issues and negotiated and prepared business contracts, including master service, licensing, purchase, sale, vendor, and non-disclosure agreements. She also held the position of Director, Investor Relations and Sustainability, where she interfaced with the investment community, drove the development of ESG strategy, collaborated to increase stakeholder engagement, and managed the company’s ESG disclosure.
