GableGotwals Welcomes Back Shareholder Erin Dailey to the Firm

September 14, 2026 | GableGotwals is pleased to announce that Erin K. Dailey has rejoined the Firm as a Shareholder in the Tulsa office. Erin’s practice will focus on representing clients in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, drawing on a career spanning litigation, in-house transactional work, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) leadership.

For the past five years, she served as the Director, Investor Relations and Sustainability at a publicly traded utility company in Oklahoma, where she engaged with the investment community, drove ESG strategy development, collaborated to increase stakeholder engagement, and managed the company’s ESG disclosure. Erin also spent five years as Managing Attorney, Commercial, where she advised on a wide array of legal issues and negotiated and prepared business contracts, including master service, licensing, purchase, sale, vendor, and non-disclosure agreements.

For Erin, this move marks a return to private practice with the addition of her cross-disciplinary experience. “I’m looking forward to returning to GableGotwals and utilizing my litigation and in-house experience to help our clients achieve their business goals,” said Erin Dailey.

Erin began her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Sven Erik Holmes, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, after which she joined GableGotwals. She received her J.D., with the highest honors, from The University of Tulsa College of Law and her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Oklahoma.
