His energy litigation practice includes experience with a wide range of complex matters, including environmental issues such as pollution and remediation, royalty and title disputes, and the Oklahoma Surface Damages Act. His business litigation experience includes experience with shareholder and partnership disputes, theft of trade secrets and other confidential business information, cyber-related wire fraud, real estate litigation, and other complex business disputes.
