GableGotwals represented Alliance Resource Partners, L.P. in its acquisition of AllDale Minerals III, LP and AllDale Minerals IV, LP, an oil and gas mineral and royalty acquisition company that holds vast acreage across the Permian, Anadarko, Bakken, and Haynesville basins, for approximately $206.2 million.
