Susan Jordan has devoted her legal career to representing hospitals, physicians, nursing homes, and other healthcare providers in civil litigation, medical staff matters, compliance, fair hearings, and state and federal audits and investigations. She represents healthcare providers before state licensure boards in matters involving licensure and discipline. Susan has obtained numerous defense verdicts on behalf of healthcare providers and hospitals, both in civil litigation and through arbitration.
She is a frequent lecturer at universities, hospitals, and physician practice groups in the areas of risk management and compliance.
Susan serves as the public member on the Oklahoma Board of Chiropractic Examiners. She also serves on the Board of In His Image International, a healthcare organization that seeks to improve health and bring hope to patients through family medicine. She is the former Board Chair of Stand in the Gap, a faith-based non-profit that provides services to widows, orphans, and prisoners. She is a founding member and facilitator for the Oklahoma Student Leadership Forum, which provides discipleship and leadership to students and young adults. She was commissioned by the Colson Institute as a Colson Fellow in 2024 and serves as a facilitator for the Colson Fellows Tulsa cohort. She has previously served as a volunteer with Good Samaritan Health Services, Tulsa Lawyers for Children, Reading Partners, and Global Gardens.
