Brian Blackstock is Of Counsel at GableGotwals, where his practice focuses on defending corporate and individual clients in a variety of civil litigation in state and federal courts. He regularly defends insurers against allegations of bad faith and institutional bad faith.
Brian’s experience also includes defending healthcare professionals and entities against medical malpractice claims. He represents healthcare professionals during investigations and disciplinary proceedings before state licensure boards and regulatory agencies. He regularly counsels healthcare systems and insurance companies on an array of complex issues including risk, compliance, and coverage. Brian also assists his healthcare clients in negotiating and litigating employment, recruiting, and service contracts, as well as entity formation and reorganization.
