Interviews are conducted with peers outside of the firm and clients in order to determine inclusion and rankings.
Benchmark Litigation, a guide that provides analysis of commercial and financial litigators and law firms in the United States, named GableGotwals as a "highly recommended" law firm for Dispute Resolution.

On September 16, 2025, the Oklahoma Supreme Court issued its opinion in Oklahoma Republican Party, et al. v. Setter, et al. (2025 OK 56; Initiative Petition No. 448, State Question 836), holding that the petition is legally sufficient for circulation and signature gathering.
