Kyla Vogel is an Associate at GableGotwals where her practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters.
Prior to joining the Firm, she worked in the Entrepreneurship Clinic at Texas A&M University School of Law, advising clients on entity formation and drafting governance documents, including bylaws, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, confidentiality agreements, and employment agreements.
Kyla also served as a legal intern with the Texas Rangers, Dickies Arena, and the Ultimate Fighting Championship. In those roles, she drafted contracts, memoranda, and correspondence addressing league regulations, labor law, and intellectual property matters, including trademark and copyright applications and infringement issues. She also drafted and reviewed sponsorship, talent, and venue operations agreements and analyzed legal issues involving compliance, risk management, and immigration.
While in law school, Kyla served as President and, previously, Vice President of the Sports Law Society and was named to the Dean’s List.
