GableGotwals Welcomes Jeni Stallings to the Firm

June 9, 2025 | GableGotwals is pleased to announce that Jeni Stallings has joined the Tulsa office as a transactional Associate.

Jeni’s experience includes advising clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex business arrangements involving energy, natural resources, and manufacturing. She has worked on matters related to mineral sourcing, corporate acquisitions, and project development, including coordination with American Indian tribes and tribal lands.

Prior to joining the Firm, Jeni worked at an AmLaw 200 firm and the United States Department of Justice. She served as a Law and Policy Intern in the Environmental and Natural Resources Division of the United States Department of Justice and held a fellowship in public law and policy in Washington, D.C. Her work included legislative analysis, support for land acquisition applications, and legal research under the Indian Child Welfare Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, and the Freedom of Information Act.

Jeni earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as Notes Editor for the Virginia Environmental Law Journal. She received a B.A. from Dartmouth College and currently serves on the Dartmouth College Native American Alumni Association Board of Directors. She is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation.

She is admitted to practice in Colorado and the District of Columbia, and her admission in Oklahoma is pending.
