GableGotwals Lawyers to Speak to State and National Groups on Energy, Internet Gaming and Healthcare Law

Richard B. Noulles will present to the Tulsa County Bar Association Energy & Mineral Law Section on Wednesday May 20. His topic is From the Wellhead to Market: State and Federal Viewpoints on Post Production Costs. Mr. Noulles has over 30 years of legal experience with clients consisting primarily of major and independent oil & gas companies.

Five GableGotwals attorneys have presented a series of healthcare topics to the OSU Medical School residents over the past nine months. Topics have included End of Life Concepts by LeAnn Ellis; Physician Risk Management by Susan Jordan; Contracts by David McKinney and Meagen Burrows; Patient/Family Legal Rights by LeAnn Ellis; and Stark, EMTALA and Compliance by Meagen Burrows and Philip Hixon. Susan Jordan will conclude the series with Medicolegal and Ethical Issues in June. All five attorneys are a part of the health care practice group with GableGotwals.

Graydon D. Luthey, Jr. recently spoke at the Tribal Online Gaming Conference in Phoenix, AZ. His topic was Tribal-State Compacts: Determining the Extent to Which Tribes Need to Negotiate Updated Terms to Accommodate Internet Gaming. Mr. Luthey represents several Native American tribes and is recognized nationally for his work in Indian Law.
