NextGen Under 30 Oklahoma recognizes and celebrates outstanding young professionals who demonstrate talent, leadership, innovation, and a commitment to serving their communities. Founded in 2011, the program identifies and honors exceptional young Oklahomans while encouraging them to pursue their personal and professional goals in Oklahoma. Honorees represent a wide range of industries, including law, business, education, healthcare, public safety, and nonprofit leadership. The 2026 NextGen Under 30 Award Ceremony will be held on Friday, November 6, 2026.

Bailey represents clients in a wide range of corporate transactions, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and commercial finance. She advises clients through every stage of a transaction, from negotiations and due diligence to drafting transaction documents, obtaining regulatory approvals, and navigating post-closing matters. Her experience includes advising clients on complex acquisitions, divestitures, financing transactions, and other strategic business transactions across a variety of industries.

Bailey joins fellow GableGotwals attorneys Jake Krattiger and Blake Patton, who have also been recognized by the NextGen Under 30 program in previous years.
