John d. Dale
John D. Dale began practicing law with GableGotwals in 2003. He was selected as an Oklahoma Rising Star for Bankruptcy & Creditor/Debtor Rights for 2008-2011 and was also honored as a member of the Class of 2009 “Achievers Under 40."
John has extensive experience in the area of Bankruptcy & Creditor/Debtor Rights in representing debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases. His practice is devoted to construction and eminent domain law, representing general contractors and subcontractors with respect to various construction related disputes, whether through negotiation and preparation of contracts, mediation or litigation. John’s eminent domain practice involves representing energy companies with respect to the planning and construction of pipelines and litigation related to the same.
John has twice served as Chair of the Tulsa County Bar Association’s Mentoring Committee. He is also a member of the board of directors for Tulsa Zoo Management, Inc.
