Eric R. King
Eric King has been a frequent lecturer on title examination, Corporation Commission issues, underground gas storage, right-of-ways and easements including condemnation, and other oil & gas topics at Continuing Legal Education courses conducted by the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma City University and the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
His current practice includes appearances before the Oklahoma Corporation Commission (Oil and Gas Conservation Division and Public Utilities Division), litigation involving most oil & gas issues as well as real estate issues, condemnation, pipeline spill remediation, and transactional work.
AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, King has been selected as an Oklahoma Super Lawyer in 2006-2011 for oil & gas law; to the Best Lawyers in America in 2007-2012 for oil & gas law, and to Marquis Who's Who in American Law in 2006-2011.
Eric also teaches as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He is a Past President of the Oklahoma City Mineral Lawyers Society, and currently serves on the Kuntz Committee on Natural Resources Law and Policy through the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He serves on the U.S. Board of Directors for Predisan, a medical mission in Catacamas, Olancho, Honduras and Central America.

Representation of oil & gas companies in litigation, including oil & gas issues, surface damage issues, condemnation issues, and gas storage issues
Representation of parties to oil & gas lease transactions, title issues and environmental issues
Managing different institutions' mineral interests including leasing and Corporation Commission matters.
