Chad M. Hinrichs
Chad M. Hinrichs' clients consist primarily of large and small businesses, and independent inventors. His practice includes preparing, filing and prosecuting patent and trademark applications with both the United States Patent and Trademark Office and various patent offices around the world. He also handles opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board in the United States Trademark Office.
Prior to entering law school, Chad worked as a project engineer for ConAgra. Chad is a frequent invited speaker on intellectual property law. He has severed as the president of the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Law Section.
Chad’s court admissions include the United States Patent and Trademark Office, United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, the Oklahoma Supreme Court and all Oklahoma District Courts.
He has been very involved in a variety of community organizations including Entrepreneurs of Tulsa and “Launch Your Entrepreneurial Journey” by Tulsa Community College. He is also on the board for the Mayo Demonstration School Foundation.
