Brandon M. Watson

Brandon M. Watson is an associate in GableGotwals’ Tulsa office. Brandon advises clients on various business issues, including mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate finance and commercial and contract issues.

Prior to attending law school, Brandon was employed with a Fortune 500 oil & gas exploration and production company, working in acquisitions and divestitures.

While in law school, he served as a member of the Editorial Board of the Oklahoma Law Review, a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Timothy D. DeGiusti, U.S. District Judge for the Western District of Oklahoma and as a Research Assistant for Professor Brian M. McCall.

Brandon has been published in the Oklahoma Law Review and the Whittier Journal for Child and Family Advocacy.
