David E. Keglovits
Upon graduation from law school David Keglovits joined GableGotwals in its Litigation section. He has handled all types of commercial and financial disputes as well as regularly appearing before the Oklahoma Corporation Commission in public utility rate-making cases. David graduated in 1985 from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in accounting and worked for several years as a CPA. He returned to law school and graduated from the University of Texas with honors in 1990.
David serves on the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Civil Procedure and Evidence Code Committee. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Oklahoma, before the Courts of the Cherokee Nation and before the United States Circuit Courts for the Tenth and Fifth Circuits. David also serves on the Admissions and Grievance Committee of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma.
David also is actively involved in the Tulsa Community. David serves on the Board of Directors of Tulsa Symphony Orchestra and Summit Club. He serves as a member of the Board of Advisors for the Tulsa Metro Chamber of Commerce and as a fellow of the American Bar Foundation and Oklahoma Bar Foundation.
David has been recognized as a Best Lawyer in America in the areas of Commercial Litigation and Insurance Law since 2007 and as an Oklahoma Super Lawyer in the areas of Business Litigation, Construction Litigation and Utilities Law since 2006. He has been repeatedly named an Oklahoma Top Rated Lawyer AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell. In 2012 he was named a Local Litigation Star by Benchmark Litigation. The Tulsa Business Journal recognized David in 2011 as a Power Attorney honoree and in 2012 as a “Men of Distinction” recipient.
